From morning prep to the dancefloor — typically 10 hours of coverage
This package is designed for couples who want their entire wedding day thoughtfully and beautifully documented — from the early morning preparations right through to the energy on the dance floor. It’s ideal if you want a complete, timeless record of your day, captured naturally and without rushing. The schedule is fully flexible and tailored around your timeline and priorities.
Pre-Ceremony (typically 3 hours before) - Full bride(s) and/or groom(s) preparations, flat-lay detail shots, and candid moments as the day unfolds. This also includes guests arriving, venue décor, and complimentary drone footage of the venue (weather and location permitting).
Ceremony - From the processional to your vows, ring exchange, and first kiss — every moment documented.
Couple’s Portraits - A relaxed, unforced portrait session capturing your connection as newlyweds (only if you want it)
Group & Family Photos - The important group shots with family and close friends — the ones your mum will want to print.
Drinks Reception / Cocktail Hour - Natural, candid coverage of your guests mingling, celebrating, and enjoying the moment.
Meal - Your entrance, speeches, toasts, and cake cutting before the meal.
Evening Reception - Coverage through your first five dances - usually 30 minutes after the first dance. If the dance floor is bouncing, I’m known to stay a lot longer.
Pre-Wedding Consultation - We’ll connect via Zoom or MS Teams — or meet in person somewhere in central Scotland — to chat about your day, your vision, and any questions you have.
Tailored Wedding Plan & Questionnaire - You’ll complete a short questionnaire, and I’ll create a schedule designed around your priorities, making sure every important moment is captured.
Ten Printed Photos During the Meal - Enjoy ten beautifully edited 6×4 inch prints delivered during your wedding meal — a special way to relive and share the memories in the moment.
Complimentary Drone Photography - Capture stunning aerial images of your ceremony or reception location (subject to flight restrictions and weather).
Complimentary Sparkler Farewell or Smoke Grenade Photos - Add some colour to your day! (Subject to venue approval).
Personalised USB Drive & Box - A curated collection of your images, delivered on a personalised USB drive with a keepsake box, posted to your home after your online gallery is ready.
Mobile Gallery App - Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 20–30 highlight images — perfect for sharing with friends and family while the excitement is fresh.
Post-Production Editing - Thousands of photos from your day are carefully reviewed, with approximately 700 of the best images professionally edited to reflect the mood, style, and emotion of your wedding.
Online Digital Gallery - Your images will be delivered in a secure online gallery within 6 weeks. Fully colour corrected and print-ready, you can view, download, and share them easily. All prints are produced locally in Scotland.
Package Enhancements - Extra hours, photo books, and albums are available to personalise your package even further — more information can be found here.
Travel - Travel within a 2-hour drive of my Kinross-shire home is included. Longer journeys may incur a small fuel charge.
What deposit do I pay?
A.A non-refundable deposit of £200 is payable to secure your date. I accept BACS or PayPal (3% fee applies) payment.
When is the final payment due?
A.Your final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. I accept BACS or PayPal (3% fee applies) payment. I can also accept payment in instalments up to this date if that is helpful?
How do we book?
A.Drop me an email or give me a call to arrange a consultation. I don't take any bookings without speaking to you in advance to ensure that I'm the right photographer for you.
When you are ready to book I will send you a contract to review.
Are the photos ours?
A.Of course. You’ll get high-resolution, watermark-free digital photographs in jpeg format ready for printing, sharing with friends and family, and downloading as often as you like. They’re all yours to enjoy.
