Prom Photography Package

Prom is a big deal. It’s not just a party — it’s the end of one chapter and the start of the next. You’re leaving school behind, stepping into adulthood, and making memories you’ll want to hold onto forever. That’s where I come in. My job isn’t just to take nice portraits (although yes, I’ll get you a photo you can use for LinkedIn one day), it’s about capturing the real stuff:

  • Laughing with your friends
  • Group photos you’ll look back on and smile at
  • The energy on the dancefloor when the DJ plays your sone
  • The little moments that bring you right back to that night

I shoot in a natural, low-key way with no awkward fake smiles or being told to “say cheese” 50 times. I hang back, let you enjoy your night, and catch the fun as it happens. When the party’s over, you’ll have a full gallery of 300–400 edited, high-resolution photos. No watermarks. No hidden fees. Just download, share, and print as much as you like — all included in the price.

Secure, High-Quality Event Photography

All images will be uploaded to a password-protected online gallery, ensuring a private and secure space for you to share with attendees. Only those with the password will have access, providing peace of mind regarding privacy.


I understand how important and special this event is for your year group, and I am committed to delivering high-quality images with professional-grade reliability. To achieve this:

  • I will use two professional cameras, each equipped with dual memory card backup, meaning every image is saved twice in real-time to reduce any risk of data loss.
  • I will follow the same rigorous backup process that I use for wedding photography, ensuring all images are securely stored from the moment they are taken. After the event, all images will be backed up to multiple hard drives and secure cloud storage, providing an additional layer of protection to prevent any risk of data loss.
  • I will use the same high-end lenses that I use for wedding photography, guaranteeing sharp, vibrant, and professional-quality images—with no compromise on detail or clarity.
  • For difficult lighting conditions I use professional lighting, just as I would for a £50k wedding.


Privacy & Child Protection

As an experienced photographer, I take privacy and safeguarding seriously. Holding enhanced PVG certifications through my volunteer roles with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and the Scottish Ambulance Service, I understand the importance of handling images responsibly. To protect the privacy of all attendees I do not post any prom images on Facebook or Instagram, although you are very welcome to do so on your own socials.

A.No deposit is needed. I am happy to book you in if you want to go ahead.

When is payment due?

A.The £450 cost is due 30 days before the event. I accept payment by BACS or PayPal (3% fee applies).
