Pre-Ceremony: Coverage starts 30 minutes before your ceremony — capturing guests arriving, the venue, and the atmosphere.
Ceremony: From the processional to the vows, ring exchange, and first kiss, I’ll document every moment.
Couple’s Portraits: A relaxed, informal session capturing your connection as newlyweds — only if you want it.
Group & Family Photos: Group shots with family and close friends — the ones your mum will want to print!
Drinks Reception / Cocktail Hour: Candid coverage of your guests mingling and enjoying the celebrations.
Meal & Speeches: Your entrance, speeches, toasts, and cake cutting — capturing the fun moments before dinner.
Evening Reception: Coverage through your first three dances (I’m happy to stay later if the party is really going!).
Pre-Wedding Consultations - We’ll connect via Zoom or MS Teams — or meet in person somewhere in central Scotland — to chat about your day, your vision, and any questions you have.
Tailored Wedding Plan & Questionnaire - You’ll complete a short questionnaire, and I’ll create a schedule designed around your priorities, so every moment that matters is captured.
Mobile Gallery App - Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 20–30 highlights — perfect for sharing with friends and family while the memories are still fresh.
Post-Production Editing - Thousands of photos from your day are carefully reviewed, with the best approx 600 selected and professionally edited to reflect the mood, style, and emotion of your wedding.
Online Digital Gallery - Your images will be delivered in a secure online gallery within 6 weeks. Fully colour corrected and print-ready, you can view, download, and share them easily. All prints are produced locally in Scotland.
Five Printed Photos During the Meal - Enjoy five beautifully edited 6×4 inch prints, delivered during your wedding meal — a special keepsake to treasure in the moment.
Personalised USB Drive & Box - A curated collection of your images, presented on a personalised USB drive with a keepsake box, posted to your home after your online gallery is delivered.

Travel - Travel within a 1-hour drive of my Kinross-shire home is included. Longer journeys may incur a small fuel charge.
What deposit do I pay?
A.A non-refundable deposit of £200 is payable to secure your date. I accept BACS or PayPal (3% fee applies) payment.
When is the final payment due?
A.Your final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. I accept BACS or PayPal (3% fee applies) payment. I can also accept payment in instalments up to this date if that is helpful?
How do we book?
A.Drop me an email or give me a call to arrange a consultation. I don't take any bookings without speaking to you in advance to ensure that I'm the right photographer for you.
When you are ready to book I will send you a contract to review.
Are the photos ours?
A.Of course. You’ll get high-resolution, watermark-free digital photographs in jpeg format ready for printing, sharing with friends and family, and downloading as often as you like. They’re all yours to enjoy.
