Thank you for considering me as your wedding photographer at the beautiful St Augustine's Church.

It was lovely chatting with you yesterday. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, I’ve put together a quick summary of our chat below. Have a read when you get a chance and let me know if I’ve got anything wrong or missed anything.

• You’re planning a relaxed and friendly wedding day and are drawn to natural, candid, documentary style photography rather than lots of posed or staged shots.
• You want the wedding to feel warm, informal, and personal, not rigid or overly staged.
• Your priest is relaxed about photography and there are no specific restrictions in the Chapel.
• You’d like getting-ready photos of you and the other ladies, as well as some details of your dress and other details.
• After the ceremony, we'll capture some photos before heading to the hotel where you’re planning a drinks reception for your guests. We'll take the opportunity to capture family formals at the hotel. We'll need to keep an eye on the time for light as sunset will be early at that time of year.
• There will be around 80 to 100 people attending (plus around 40 in the evening) as you both have large families.
• You’d like me to stay and cover the first few dances.
• You are interested in some photos on my 35mm film camera. I'd propose using porta 400 colour film which is pretty much the best film money can buy. I have given you the price per roll below. I have included one roll free of charge in your package - my gift to you both.
• Overall, your main priority is a relaxed, low-key day that flows naturally and feels true to you.

• Post-Production Editing - Thousands of photos from your day are carefully reviewed, with the best approx. 800 selected and professionally edited to capture the style, emotion, and story of your wedding. Exact number of images will vary depending on the flow of your day, weather etc.
• Online Digital Gallery - Your images will be delivered in a secure online gallery within 6 weeks. Fully colour corrected and print-ready, you can view, download, and share them easily. All prints are produced in the UK.
• Personalised USB Drive & Box - A curated collection of your images, presented on a personalised USB drive with keepsake box, posted to your home after your online gallery is ready.
• Travel - Included in the total price.
